We believe in the inspiration of both the Old and New Testaments. The Bible is the inerrant, infallible and complete revelation of God and is therefore, the sole authority for all faith and practice. (Psalm 119:89; Isaiah 59:21; II Timothy 3:15-17; II Peter 1:19-21; Matthew 24:34, 35; John 10:35b; Romans 7:12).

We believe there is one Triune God in the persons of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit who are co-equal and co-eternal. They are three distinct persons yet one God. (Deuteronomy 6:4; 33:27; Psalm 22:3; Isaiah 45:21,22; 57:15; Jeremiah 32:27; Matthew 3:16, 17; 28:19; John 1:1-3; 10:30; Hebrews 1:1-3; 6:16-18).

1. We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, became man, without ceasing to be God; having been conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary, in order that He might reveal God and redeem sinful men. (Isaiah 7:14; 9:6; Luke 1:30-35; John 1:1-2, 14; II Corinthians 5:19-21; Galatians 4:4-5; Philippians 2:5-10). 2. We believe the shed blood of Jesus Christ as the only ground of atonement for sins (Hebrews 9:12-14). Jesus accomplished our redemption through His death, burial, and resurrection. (Romans 3:24, 25; I Corinthians 15:1-4; Ephesians 1:7; I Peter 2:24). 3. We believe the Lord Jesus Christ ascended to Heaven, and is now exalted at the right hand of God. (Acts 1:9-10; Hebrews 7:25; 9:24; I John 2:1,2).

We believe that man was created by God in His image and after His likeness on the sixth day of creation. Man is a sinner by nature and by choice and is lost and is totally incapable of saving himself. (Genesis 1:26, 31; 2:7, 17; 3:11; Romans 5:12-19; Romans 6:23).

We believe that God created the universe in six literal, 24-hour periods (solar days). We reject evolution, the Gap Theory, the Day-Age Theory, and Theistic Evolution as unscriptural theories of origin (Genesis 1-2; Exodus 20:11).

We believe that God has ordained and created all authority consisting of three basic institutions: 1) the home, 2) the church, and 3) the state.  Every person is subject to these authorities, but all (including the authorities themselves) are answerable to God and governed by His Word.  God has given each institution specific Biblical responsibilities and balanced those responsibilities with the understanding that no institution has the right to infringe upon the other.  The home, the church, and the state are equal and sovereign in their respective Biblically assigned spheres of responsibility under God (Romans 13:1-7; Ephesians 5:22-24; Hebrews 13:17; I Peter 2:13-14).

1. We believe that the term “marriage” has only one meaning: the uniting of one biological man and one biological woman in a single, exclusive union, as delineated in Scripture. (Genesis 2:24; Romans 7:2; I Corinthians 7:10; Ephesians 5:22, 23). 2. We believe that God wonderfully and immutably creates each person as male or female. These two distinct, complementary genders together reflect the image and nature of God. We believe that God forbids any attempt to alter one’s gender. (Genesis 1:26-27) 3. We believe that any form of homosexuality, lesbianism, bisexuality, bestiality, incest, fornication, adultery and pornography are sinful perversions of God’s gift of sex. (Genesis 2:24; 19:5,13; 26:8,9; Leviticus 18:1-30; Romans 1:26-29; I Corinthians 5:1; 6:9; I Thessalonians 4:1-8; Hebrews 13:4).

1. We believe that men and women are spiritually equal in position before God, but that God has ordained distinct and separate spiritual functions for men and women in the home and the church. (Galatians 3:28; Colossians 3:18; I Timothy 2:8-15; 3:2-5, 12). 2. We believe that God has ordained the family as the foundational institution of human society. Parents are responsible for teaching their children spiritual and moral values and leading them, through consistent lifestyle example and appropriate discipline. (Genesis 1:26-28; Exodus 20:12; Deuteronomy 6:4-9; Psalm 127:3-5; Proverbs 19:18; 22:15; 23:13-14; Mark 10:6-12; I Corinthians 7:1-16; Ephesians 5:21-33; 6:1-4; Colossians 3:18-21; Hebrews 13:4; I Peter 3:1-7).

We believe all human life is sacred and created by God. Human life is of inestimable worth in all its dimensions, including pre-born babies, the aged, the physically or mentally challenged, and every other stage or condition from conception through natural death. We are therefore called to defend, protect, and value all human life. (Job 3:16; Psalm 51:5; 139:14-16; Isaiah 44:24; 49:1,5; Jeremiah 1:5; 20:15-18; Luke 1:44, I Samuel 31:4; Psalm 139:14-16)
